Abstract
Mrs. Humayun Mirza (Begum Sughra Humayun) was a very zealous social activist of the early 20th century. She actively took part in the movement for education and rights of women and played a very important role in spreading awareness among the women of Subcontinent of Hindu-Pak. Begum Sughra had many trips to overseas, central India and wrote many travelogues. Through these travelogues, she wanted to spread information about civilization, culture, traditions and historical perspectives of other regions and countries. After reading her travelogues, we can deduce that she had a keen interest in history. In this Research Article, the historical knowledge of Begum Sughra Humayun was examined in the travelogues of central India.
