Abstract

Mirza Ghalib, the resonant and renowned poet of the sub-continent belongs to nineteenth century but he gets fame and significance in 20th century as well. If somebody tries to trace the supersede approach of Ghalib which made him prominence and unlocked his name for the 21st century, then he finds consciousness of the poetic diction that could be referred as barriers breaking. The age of Ghalib is distant to post- modernism, even, Hegel and Derrida were unknown for him, but the genuine probe on Ghalib's poetry enumerates the traces of negative dialect and deconstruction in his verses. In this research paper, the Poetry of Ghalib is studied in such a way that usage, causes, and effects of the above-mentioned theories in Ghalib Poetry can be clearly defined.
