Saadat Hassan Manto is both a famous and a notorious short story writer in Urdu fiction. He is first known writer in Urdu fiction who draws lines in realistic and in black comedy frame. His presentation of sex in nude aspects of life made him unacceptable in his era in society. The Manto hattering chain is stepping forward continuously & continually till the time when we see into the research field, although some research work is being done or initiated at Master's, M.Phil or PhD levels but we found less work made on Manto which can presented as standard work. In this article author tries to highlight in denote the flows in research work made on Manto.
